Tracy holds an associate’s degree in police science through Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.  Tracy has over 17 years of law enforcement experience with the Green Bay Police Department.  She is currently a School Resource Officer for West High School, Franklin Middle School, and several elementary schools on the west side of Green Bay.  Tracy was one of the first behavioral health officers for Green Bay PD and helped pilot the program in 2015.  Tracy was Green Bay PD’s Juvenile Officer for a brief period.  Tracy is a member of the Community Crisis Intervention Team (CCIT) and the Police Officer Support Team (POST).
