Donna Parkansky is a Sturgeon Bay High School Special Education Teacher and the District Autism
Specialist.
Donna has designed a class, which she has been teaching the past few years helping students deal with the ever growing mental health crisis using meditation, mindfulness, EFT Technique (Emotional Freedom Tapping Technique), breathing techniques, other various activities including art and class discussion. 

Donna is passionate about helping students and adults have a toolbox of strategies to use with mental health struggles. She has earned her certifications in meditation and mindfulness; she is an EFT master practitioner and a Reiki Master. Her fine arts degree and education certification allow her to use art as a way of expression and discovery for those struggling with mental health issues.
